From Hjemmebrent (Moonshine) in Norway, to raw milk cheese in France and even the mythical Absinthe in Sweden. Cover to cover this book was entertaining, funny and even informative dealing with todays modern prohibitions around the world with an off the cuff playful sense of humor. Grescoe challenges the nanny state thinking of todays governments constantly and takes us along for the ride. Definitely worth a read for those who like to think "outside the box", and for those inside said box... it might do you some good as well...
